We ship our B2B orders with different parties, depending on the country you're ordering from. We work with PostNL, DPD, DHL, GLS, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping is free for orders over €375.
If your order amount is less than €375,- we will charge the following shipping costs:
Rest of world: €14,95
If you choose to have a product delivered by registered mail or another address, extra costs will be charged. Please note that your name and address are completely and correctly filled out so that PostNl can do its job well.
We ship all orders discreetly. The shipping material does not have a logo and we only use the required postcode, house number and city as sender.
Expected delivery time:
We ship all orders within 1-2 weeks after we've received your payment. Depending on the country you're ordering from, you can count on the following delivery times:
NL: 2 days once your parcel has been shipped.
EU: on average, the delivery of a package to Belgium or Germany takes 2 to 5 working days from the moment of shipment. All other countries within Europe can count on a delivery within 5 to 8 working days.
Rest of world: if you're ordering from outside of the EU, shipment usually takes 8-16 days. Keep in mind that a shipment may be delayed at customs.
You have 14 days to decide if you are satisfied with the article. UNTAG guarantees that you will get your money back for all returned items, provided that the items are returned in good condition. This means that the items are not damaged, dirty, washed, altered or worn and that all labels are still on the article. Prosthetics must be returned in the original packaging due to hygiene.

If you return your items, the shipping costs for the return will be at your expense.
If you've returned your items by post and they are in good condition, we will refund the amount paid, or we will settle the amount paid within 30 days. We settle your money through the same payment option with which you've paid your purchase. For example; If you have paid with a credit card, we will refund the amount to the credit card you paid with.
