Sizing & Fitting
Are you unsure about which size to get? Keep reading to find out how you to determine your size.
To determine your size based on our size chart, please take the following measurements:
- Bust: measure the circumference of your bust over your nipples.
- Under bust: measure the circumference of your chest just below the bust.
- Waist: measure the circumference of your waist at the narrowest part of your torso.
- Hip: measure the circumference at the widest part of your hips.
Based on these measurements you can find your appropriate size in the size chart. Watch the video below for a visual explanation on how to take your measurements:
Tips for taking your measurements:
- Wear tight-fitted clothing while measuring. This will give the most accurate measurement.
- Be careful with padded bras and belts that are very tight.
- Many tape measures have sizes on both sides. Make sure you are looking at the right side when measuring.
Binders: how do I determine which size and model will suit me best?
- A firm bust is more difficult to flatten than a bust that sags a bit more. Even if your bust is small, we recommend the extra strong material for firm breasts.
- Is there a big difference between your bust size and your waist size, and do you have an hourglass figure? Then choose the size that corresponds to your waist size, not your bust size.
- Larger breasts are easier to flatten in a long binder than in a short binder. Long binders have more room to divide the breasts.
- Do not choose a smaller size on purpose. A binder that is too small can be difficult for you to put on and can even be harmful to your health.
- Binders are meant to be tight, like a second skin. You should be able to breathe and move easily without the fabric cutting into your skin. If you experience pain or have difficulty breathing, take off the binder as soon as possible.

Tucking Underwear: How do I determine which size and model is best for me?
- If your scrotum is large we would recommend a slip and not the thong because there is more material to flatten the scrotum.
- A firm scrotum is more difficult to flatten than a loose and hanging scrotum. If you have a firm scrotum we recommend choosing the extra strong material.
- Do not intentionally go down in size; you will not be able to put the slip/gaff on.
- Gaffs, or shaping slips, are meant to be tight, like a second skin. You should be able to move and the material should not be cutting into your skin.
